Corrections Policy
We work to keep GearNexis Official accurate, but mistakes happen — a spec gets transcribed wrong, a price goes stale, a product is discontinued without our noticing. Here's how we handle it when that happens.
Reporting an error
If you spot something incorrect, outdated, or unclear, please tell us via our contact page. Include the page URL and what you believe is wrong — the more specific, the faster we can verify and fix it.
How we correct content
Once we've verified an error, we correct it directly in the affected page and update its "last updated" date. For significant factual errors that materially changed a recommendation or verdict, we note the correction and the date it was made at the bottom of the article.
What we won't do
We won't quietly change a review's verdict or rating in exchange for payment, free products, or pressure from a manufacturer or retailer. Corrections are made because something was factually wrong, not because someone disagreed with our opinion.
